General Description:
The G5425M11U provides a high-efficiency synchronous buck converter with a fixed 5V output voltage and is capable of delivering up to 8A. The device supports a wide range input voltage from 5.5V to 23V. It adopts a quick response constant-on-time (COT) architecture to achieve fast transient response. The G5425 integrates a 100mA low-dropout regulator (LDO) and switch over for efficiency improvement. It features enable control, under/over voltage protection, short circuit protection, valley current limit, and thermal shutdown. The G5425M11U offers a compact solution for TCON power systems and is available in an AQFN3X3-12 FC package.
