PS3111-S11T SATA III M.2, mSATA, uSSD Phison

The Phison PS3111-S11T controller is positioned as a solid-state drive controller in the SATA consumer market, supporting 2D SLC/MLC and 3D TLC/QLC flash memory, with a maximum capacity of 1TB, up to dual channels, and up to 16 flash memory. The theoretical transmission rate is as high as 533MT/s, making it a high-performance SATA 3 solid-state drive controller.

Complies with the technical standards of Trigger 2.0 and ONFI 4.0, does not support independent caching, and has a theoretical sequential read and write performance of 550MB/s for reads and 500MB/s for writes.

The main control panel of Phison PS3111-S11T supports the latest version of error correction protection mechanism, LDPC, and Phison’s fourth generation Smart ECC error correction mechanism. Advanced error correction technology can ensure the stability and reliability of QLC flash memory, and also help extend the lifespan of flash memory.
