The USBLC6-2P6 is a monolithic application-specific device designed for ESD protection of high-speed interfaces, such as USB 2.0, Ethernet links, and video lines. It features very low line capacitance (3.5 pF max.) to ensure signal integrity while providing robust protection against ESD strikes. The device also offers very low leakage current (150 nA max.), which helps extend the operating time of battery-powered devices.
